We love our mini split system! Our experience with the entire team at Aesthetic HVAC was fantastic. Rachael was very helpful and answered any questions we had regarding scheduling and whatever else may have come up during the process. Bryant and Michael were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The mini split installation was flawless and clean. They were helpful with taking the time to explain how everything works as well as what our options were. This made us feel confident in the decisions we ended up making. My 5-year-old central air system stopped working, Bryant came out and diagnosed the problem within a day. He tried to repair the old system, but unfortunately it could not be repaired. He was very empathetic to my situation, since the company that installed the old system went out of business and it was out of warrantee. Bryant was very professional and knowledgeable; he provided several options with the pros and cons of each one and then helped me pick a new system that is perfect for my house. This is a fair, honest family business; Kaylee was excellent in communicating during the install and even came to my house and assisted installing the new system. Michael was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The whole team was excellent and communicated throughout the install. If you need any HVAC service, this is definitely the company you should call.
